When I was a boy, one of the favorite things was to look up to those birds flying freely in the sky… and often there also were air-defense drills… It was always a breathtaking moment for me, when numerous of helicopters flew over my classroom. I carefully watched those machines as much as I could. Therefore, it became my only wish to fly RC models. After graduation, I tried to learn and increase my know how in the model flying field. Time by time, I could design and build up my own helicopters and gradually produce some parts in numbers. By posting on the web, several companies were showing high interest in my know how and purchased model parts from me. About 3 years ago, also the inland hobby players discovered my work and persuaded me to sale my products in the Taiwan market. All parts of the heli are constructed, manufactured, assembled and tested in house. Today, the things which might be worth to be mentioned are the light weight and the reduced number of parts comparing to those helicopters on the market. Even the top model of our macro series is below 3 kg, which enhances the mobility especially while 3D stunt flying. Highest precision in all parts is recommended to have precise function and safety. The construction is rigid and balanced flying, to be useful for carrying cameras or even serve as a rescue tool. Already some broadcasting companies are using it for carrying their media. This year, an English trade company will take the Macro to train junior competition pilots. Besides manufacturing, we also offers training classes from PC simulation to real flying via teacher- student system. In the future, I will concentrate more in design and research work as well as selling some of my patents, which is my biggest interest.. This year the Ke-Han Tech. Corp. became winner of the golden award of the business start up program organized by a Taiwan government organization.

直升機達人www.tkheli.com 熱愛遙控直昇機成癡,到自己設計、代工改裝零件,到最後乾脆自行創業生產製造整機。科翰不但獲得經濟部中小企業處新創事業獎的金質獎,陳裕凱的競爭策略,就是不斷投入研發.... 從玩遙控到改裝零件 小時候就愛上遙控直昇機,當時國內品質較好的遙控直昇機及零件,幾乎都是進口。自己深入研究生產,獲得日本貿易商委託代工改裝零件,自此開啟了事業,目前訂單零件4百多種。 投入研發 由於改裝零件愈來愈受到歡迎,自己開了一家門市,直到11年前,鑽研設計開模等生產線,6年前終於研發設計出了整機,並開始量產銷售。 受到南投縣工策會與縣政府工商輔導單位的關注,鼓勵把門市發展成公司組織,以擴張更多的業務,於是在2年前創設了科翰科技公司,並申請了直昇機新型專利。 產品定位概念不同 科翰生產製造的遙控直昇機,與國外生產的遙控直昇機,最大的差別,就在於產品定位的概念不同,同業是用商業行為來操作,科翰則是以產業行為來操作。商業行為操作的背後,廠商當然希望零件磨損壞了,就需要經常替換零件,但科翰卻是用鋁合金材料做零件,遠比塑膠材質要耐用。 雖然科翰剛創設才2年,但背後卻是他投入遙控直昇機領域長達26年累積的Know How與經驗,從研發、設計、生產製造、測試、實飛,他全都自己親身經歷過,因此也比國外分工過於分散的同業,更能掌握整機生產製造的要訣。 科翰的未來定位 持續投入研發設計新產品,這也是一般中小企業在思考長遠競爭力發展布局時該有的思惟。除了已經生產出玩樂休閒性質的遙控直昇機,科翰近期將推出國內第一台產業用的遙控直昇機,未來可投入環保監控、農漁牧或甚至國防警政使用。
